We all got up around 8am this morning. Sophie slept well in our bed, Mum didn’t sleep so good - in a little ball in the left hand corner of the bed. Kids hey?!
After having breakfast together looking out over the hillside we went for a lovely walk up the hills in Korokoro (where we met some donkeys along the way). I must admit having Sophie asleep in her new sling didn’t help. I was wheezing all the better the whole way up. When we got to the top there was a 360 degree view of Lower Hutt, Petone, over to Upper Hutt and even Wellington. The views were breathtaking… or was that just from carrying dear princess Sophie? The weather here is pretty overcast now. I am sat here in jeans at 12:30 but the nice thing is that the wind can sometimes take away the clouds and also, a bit like S.A. you can have all seasons in a day (a bit like the song).
We are off into Wellington today and then on to Tawa so I will let you know what we get up to tomorrow.
Thanks again for all the comments it’s been a lovely way to keep in touch.
Lots of love CandiXXXXX
PS Mom and Dad, Sophie is missing her Nanna and Grandad lots. I keep telling her how much she is loved by you two and also I am so grateful that you are coming on the Friday we return ‘cos when we arrived I felt really sick like the house we were staying in was moving it was pretty horrid. Can’t wait to see you XXX
Lou - thanks for all the mouse hunting, hope you don’t have to dispose of any more, there should be enough whiskey to get you through though if there are XXX

I keep on glancing for more information about you guys &how you’re getting on. Sounds as if you’re having a lovely time. Make the most of it Peen, its avery special time make the days last as long as you can & give yourselves as much time as possible to enjoy and for a bit of LSD (look, see, decide)
It really seems so exciting so don’t let your feelings get in the way of what you’ve set out to accomplish. We’re behind you all (3)
Although its half term, I’ve been in at school on Monday & to-day. We’ve bought 12 new computers which need Windows Vista put on plus other software. What a nightmare I have had such a battle to activate Vista, because of DNS problems. However after many calls to different people(including Lou), I received some great backup from Microsoft Europe (another call centre said it would cost another £199 to continue the conversation because I’d bought ‘business batched licences’
However today has been the last day & I’ve set them all up with most of the required software. Phew …but I enjoyed the challenge.
Ross I wish you the vety best we continue to pray for the right words at the right time to the right people. Hang in mate and adventure along every available path while you’re still there. I’m sure you’ll be back with that piece of paper.
Chatsoon & love Dad
