Well Sophie was very well behaved last night and slept almost right through. Ross and I were up quite early though to ensure we packed everything and didn’t leave anything behind this time.
We left the bach around 10:45 to take some photos of the river and the breathtaking views and were on the road again around 11:30.
As yesterday was Waitangi day (a public holiday) the roads were quite quiet so we just ambled along stopping to take pictures and toilet stops for our dear little Sophie who decided we all needed to stop and stretch our legs a bit more often than we would have!
